Community privacy.
Updated September 24, 2026. United Officials is a private, invitation-based community for adults 18 and older.
What is stored
We store your email, a password hash, display name, optional profile details and profile pictures, posts, comments, photos attached to comments, helpful reactions and reports. Invitations store the recipient email, expiry and a hash of the invitation token. Security records include limited sign-in attempt information and moderation actions.
Who sees it
Active members can see profiles, posts and comments. Member emails are omitted from the directory. You can opt out of directory listing in Settings; your profile and contributions remain available to signed-in members. Photos attached to comments are resized and re-encoded with location and camera details removed; they are visible only to signed-in members, and removing your comment deletes its photos. Profile pictures are resized and re-encoded, and are available only to signed-in members. Administrators can see account emails and manage access. Moderators can review reported content and related reports. Community content is protected by sign-in and is not intended for public indexing, but members can still copy information they can access.
Cookies and logs
A necessary session cookie supports authentication and request security. Server logs may record IP addresses, browser details and request paths. No third-party advertising is loaded in the community. When a comment links to a YouTube, TikTok or Vimeo video, a play button is shown; that provider’s player, which follows the provider’s own privacy and cookie policies and may show the provider’s ads, loads only if you choose to play it.
Retention and requests
Profile and community records are retained to operate the service. Removed or moderated content may remain in the private database or backups for administration. You can download your profile, posts and comments from Settings. To request an email change, access help, correction or deletion, contact staff@weldonpc.com. We may need to verify account ownership before making changes.
